East Chamber organizes a public lecture entitled ( woman agent choice)
The East Chamber Organize represented by businesswomen Center in cooperation with the fulfillment of women's rights institution general awareness lecture within the program entitled Know your rights (a woman's choice to its agent) will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at the headquarters of the main Chamber in Dammam.
The program hosts to talk about the lecture lawyer and legal adviser and member of the Arabia Judiciary Assembly Abdul Mohsen bin Mohammed Almohrej where deals with several important themes in this regard, including: choosing a specialist agent in the pleadings standards either the courts, as well as financial transactions address.
He also reviews the practical steps when dealing with the agent with respect to matters of his contract and prepare the appropriate version of the agency for which the principal right and explains the duties of the agent toward his client.
